Reminder Hub Terms of Use

These terms apply to Reminder Hub, provided by Palindromic Innovations Corp. By using the app you agree to them.
Use of the app
Reminder Hub helps you organize card payment dates, subscriptions, bills, loans, insurance, medicine schedules and other reminders. You enter or review all details and remain responsible for their accuracy. The app does not make payments, contact creditors, change calendar events, or provide medical or financial advice. Medicine reminders do not determine a dose or replace instructions from a qualified healthcare professional.
Notifications
Notifications depend on device permissions, power settings and Android background scheduling, and may be delayed or unavailable. Keep an appropriate backup for important deadlines. Do not rely on the app as an emergency or medically critical alarm.
Pro subscription
Manual reminder features are free. Pro adds voice input (English only, using the speech-recognition provider on your device) and calendar import. Pro is an annual, automatically renewing subscription sold through Google Play; the current price and period are shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel it through the app's Manage subscription link or Google Play's subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals, and access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or its data does not cancel the subscription.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Pro, email palindromicscorp@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase or renewal, including the Google Play order number from your receipt, and we will refund the full amount through Google Play. A refund ends Pro access for that period; cancel the subscription in Google Play to stop future renewals. Refunds outside this window are handled under Google Play's refund policies and applicable consumer law.
Your data
Reminder records are stored on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details about calendar access, speech processing, purchases, backup and deletion.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Palindromic Innovations Corp. is not liable for missed payments, late fees, missed doses or other losses arising from reliance on reminders or notifications. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province in which Palindromic Innovations Corp. is registered.
