Reminder Hub Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Reminder Hub, developed by Palindromic Innovations Corp., handles your information.
Data collected
Reminder Hub stores the details you enter, including names, dates, amounts, notes, card identifiers and medication details, in the app's private storage on your device. New card-number entries are limited to the last four digits; previously saved numbers remain until you edit or delete them. The app has no account registration, does not send your reminder records to any server operated by us, and includes no advertising or usage-tracking SDK.
How data is used
The details you enter are used only on your device to display, organize and schedule your reminders and to calculate the expense summaries shown in the app.
Data sharing
We do not sell or share your reminder data. Two features involve third-party services that you choose to use:
- Voice input (Pro): your device's speech-recognition provider handles the microphone and may process speech online under its own privacy policy. Reminder Hub receives text, not an audio recording, and interprets it on your device. If you save the reminder, its notes may include the transcript.
- Purchases: Google Play processes Pro payments. The app receives purchase records to verify and acknowledge your subscription and keeps a protected entitlement record on your device. We never receive the payment details used to buy Pro.
Permissions
Notifications let the app deliver reminder alerts. Calendar (read only, Pro) lets the app read event details for you to review before importing; it never modifies your calendar. Network state lets the app check whether you are online, for example before contacting Google Play. You can change permissions at any time in Android settings.
Data retention and deletion
Records remain on your device until you edit or delete them. Settings → Clear All Data removes saved cards, subscriptions and reminders; Android's "Clear storage" or uninstalling removes all local app data. Android backup and device transfer may include your reminders and preferences, depending on your device and Google account settings; the Pro entitlement record is excluded. Manage those backups in your device or account settings. Deleting app data does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
Children
Reminder Hub is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
